Scott Bruce
Over a great many years, Scott has been involved in various industries and been managing director of a multi-faceted company. He was for some time the Chairman of a firm of consultants before starting Bruce Brothers with brother Alasdair. He also writes a humorous (allegedly) column in a local newspaper. He has been training ever since starting as a trainer with the Intersport Training Team while in the ski business. |

Alasdair Bruce
Alasdair has worked in all types of organisations, small and large, in both the private and public sectors. In all his work he has made sure he enjoyed himself, but more importantly so have the people who worked alongside him, and so have his customers. He is currently a director of several companies. |

Karen Macrae
After an initial career as teacher, Karen moved into industry where she rose to become managing director of two successful export businesses. Since then she has moved on to be a busy management consultant and trainer, assisting a wide variety of organisations with every imaginable problem and a few that defy imagination. |

Wendy Haston
Wendy spent many years in medical research, before managing large projects in a commercial environment, including the Medical Unit in the British Antarctic Survey. She then moved into management consultancy where she has successfully assisted over 50 organisations with improvement programmes. |

Duncan MacDonald
Duncan was an instructor in the Royal Navy and then afterwards with Thorn EMI and British Aerospace. He spent several years as a consultant with a national training organisation before joining the Bruce brothers as a business advisor and trainer, where he has successfully added to the range of skills available to the business. |
